Mondays  3:30pm–8:30pm, 

Wednesdays  4:45pm–8pm, 

Fridays  3:30pm–8:45pm, 

Saturdays  11:15am–3:30pm

Description

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our administrative staff team as an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist. The Administrative Assistant & Receptionist will be responsible for managing client accounts, transactions, records, and communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, enrollment, and sales. Our ideal candidate excels at organization, provides stellar customer service, has a keen attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities:

  • Open, close, and clean dance studio

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and in-person inquiries

  • Take attendance for classes

  • Manage enrollment and trial schedules for potential clients

  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and calendars for classes, rentals, performances and special events

  • Update and maintain data for client accounts

  • Charge and process tuition as well as other studio fees and uniform sales

  • Assist with organizing events, projects, and programs

  • Organize and manage inventory

  • Attend weekly team meetings

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Proficient with Google Workspace apps

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient typer (minimum 40 WPM)

  • Punctual

  • Reliable method of transportation for commute

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly

  • Enjoys working with kids

  • Bilingual in Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English a plus
