Behavior: • Disruptive behavior or refusal to follow studio policies may result in dismissal from class. • Instructors will assess if the class is suitable for your dancer and may suggest other classes or delayed enrollment. • If dismissed, the trial fee will be refunded. • Dancers must stay in class until dismissed by the instructor. This allows our instructors to better support the dancer with their technique while promoting professionalism and discipline.

Health Policies

We ask that dancers stay home if they are ill or show symptoms of illness (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, gastrointestinal symptoms, etc.) but there is still risk of exposure to contagious diseases. If a dancer comes to class sick, they will not be allowed to participate and we will call their emergency contact for immediate pick up. Dancers release Charade Dance Academy, its staff, and associates from liability for any harm, sickness, injury, or death resulting from such exposure. CDA staff are not trained medical professionals but we will provide the best care within our capacity. For serious medical issues, we will seek emergency medical treatment and transportation. Families agree to allow CDA staff to call emergency services. Families are expected to cover all costs related to medical treatment, transportation, and care.
