Mondays 4:00pm–8:45pm
Tuesdays 3:45pm–9:00pm
Wednesdays 4:00pm–9:00pm
Thursdays 4:00pm–9:00pm
Fridays 3:45pm–8:30pm
Saturdays 10:00am–4:00pm

Description:
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our administrative staff team as an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist. The Administrative Assistant & Receptionist will be responsible for managing client accounts, transactions, records, and communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, enrollment, and sales. Our ideal candidate excels at organization, provides stellar customer service, has a keen attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects at a time.

Responsibilities:

Open, close, and clean dance studio

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Answer phone calls, text messages, emails and in-person inquiries

Take attendance for classes
-
Manage enrollment and trial schedules for potential clients

Coordinate appointments, schedules, and calendars for classes, rentals, performances and special events

Update and maintain data for client accounts
-
Charge and process tuition as well as other studio fees and uniform sales

Assist with organizing events, projects, and programs

Organize and manage inventory

Attend weekly team meetings

Qualifications:
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Proficient with Google Workspace apps
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Proficient typer (minimum 40 WPM)

Punctual
-
Reliable method of transportation for commute
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly

Enjoys working with kids

Bilingual in Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English a plus
